Delete my data

At Cero Excusas you can delete your account and all your personal data anytime. Deletion is permanent and includes: your conversation with the coach, your name and the coach's name, your schedule and habits, your reminder history, your progress (streaks/stats) and your subscription.

Option 1 — From your account (recommended)

Log in to your account with the code sent to your WhatsApp.
Go to the Settings tab.
At the bottom, under “Delete my account and data”, tap “Delete everything” and confirm.

Your data is deleted immediately and, if you have an active subscription, it's cancelled automatically so you're not charged again.

Option 2 — Contact us

If you can't log in, request it via WhatsApp to the service number or by email at info@ceroexcusascoach.com. Include the WhatsApp number you use with the App and we'll delete your data within 30 days.

What is kept?

Nothing tied to your identity. We may only keep minimal, anonymized records or those required by law (for example, payment receipts the processor must keep for accounting), with no data that identifies you within the App.
