Privacy & Data Processing Policy

This Policy describes how Cero Excusas ("the App", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data, in compliance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and other applicable regulations. By using the App, you accept this processing.

1. Data controller

The Cero Excusas service (ceroexcusascoach.com). Contact: info@ceroexcusascoach.com or via WhatsApp at the service number. The controller's identity is stated at the bottom of this page.

2. What data we collect

• Your WhatsApp number and the name you use on WhatsApp.
• The name you give the coach and the tone you choose.
• Your schedule and habits (wake-up, meals, workout, sleep and custom reminders).
• Your message history with the bot and your confirmations (done / skipped / postponed).
• Your progress (streaks, compliance, statistics).
• Subscription/payment data handled by the gateway (we don't store your card details).
• Basic technical data (message date/time, approximate country by IP to show prices).
• Session cookies on the web (to keep you securely logged in). We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

• Send you WhatsApp reminders based on the schedule you set.
• Make opt-in alert calls (that you enable) to your own number, to help you not ignore a reminder.
• Show you your progress and dashboard on the web.
• Manage your account, access (WhatsApp code) and subscription.
• Improve the service and provide support.

4. Processors and third parties

To operate, we share strictly necessary data with:

• Meta / WhatsApp Business — sending and receiving messages.
• Twilio — alert calls (when you enable them).
• Mercado Pago (Colombia) and Lemon Squeezy (international) — subscription payment processing.

These providers process data under their own policies. We don't sell your personal data to third parties. Messaging is also governed by the WhatsApp / Meta privacy policies.

International transfer. Some of these providers process data on servers outside Colombia (for example, in the United States). By accepting this Policy you authorize that international transfer and transmission of your data, limited to what's necessary to provide the service.

5. Your rights

You can access, update, correct and delete your data, and revoke consent at any time, by writing to info@ceroexcusascoach.com. You can also opt out by replying on WhatsApp; once you opt out, we stop sending you messages and calls.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while you have an active account or while needed to provide the service. If you request deletion, we erase your conversation, settings and associated history (except what the law requires us to keep).

7. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data (OTP code access, encrypted HTTPS connections, access control). No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to keep it secure.

8. Minors

The service is intended for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. We'll publish the current version on this page with its update date.
