These Terms govern the use of Cero Excusas ("the App", "the Service"), available at ceroexcusascoach.com and through WhatsApp. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Cero Excusas is a digital habit-tracking and reminders app that works over WhatsApp. It's an automated software service: there's no human coach or live professional advice. It sends you reminders for the routines you set and shows your progress.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age (18) and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Sign-up happens when you start the WhatsApp chat. By messaging the bot you authorize receiving messages (and, if you enable them, calls) on your number; you can opt out anytime. To access your web dashboard (progress/settings) we use a one-time code (OTP) sent to your WhatsApp. You're responsible for keeping access to your number.

3. Reminders and calls

Reminders and alert calls are optional (opt-in) and configured by you, directed to your own number. You can enable, change or disable them anytime from your settings or by replying on WhatsApp. We don't send messages to third parties.

4. Content tone

You can choose the Service's tone (blunt/"unfiltered" or kind). The content is motivational and for entertainment; you choose and can change it at any time.

5. Subscription, prices and payments

The Service is offered by subscription (monthly, quarterly or biannual plans).
Prices are shown in USD. In Colombia the charge is processed in pesos (COP) by Mercado Pago at the day's rate; internationally by Lemon Squeezy.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
We don't store your card details; the payment gateway handles them.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the cycle already paid and it doesn't renew. Unless applicable law states otherwise, payments for cycles already started are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and for your own benefit. You must not use it for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt its operation.

8. Important notice (not medical advice)

Cero Excusas is a habits and motivation tool. It does not replace medical, nutritional, psychological or professional advice. Consult a professional before starting exercise or diet routines if you have any condition.

9. Availability and third parties

The Service relies on third parties (WhatsApp/Meta, Twilio, payment gateways) and may have interruptions. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page with its date.

12. Governing law and contact
